Our January Meeting with Wendy Whitehead Ferguson was wonderful. Wendy gave us lots of inspiration for thinking "outside" the box!  Thanks Wendy for your wonderful trunk show and lecture.

We also had lots of show and tell at the January meeting.  What an awesome and productive group we have!

 

Jane Privette and Dawn Hendrix took comfort bags to the Wilson Police Department - The officers loved them!

 

Our Christmas Party was a great success. We drew the name of the winner of the Opportunity Quilt! Voted on the Ornament Challenge and there was: Lots of food, lots of prizes & plenty of show and tell!

Gayle Helm organized the hanging of the quilts in downtown Wilson for the Theatre of the American South on May 21st.

During the May 2011 Meeting we unveiled the Opportunity Quilt made by Rachel's Remnants Bee.  The ladies did a super job and spent 250 hours on the quilt!

 

We also had lots of great quilts for our show and tell!

 

We had a great time at the March meeting - lecture from Cathy Wiggins and tons of Show & Tell.  The Charity Outreach received a lot of quilts today!

She even helped quilt it on the mid-arm quilt machine.
